Gold, SIlver, Bronze & Starter Certificates

To celebrate the reviews you’ve been left so far, we are producing certificates with Bronze, SIlver and Gold Awards of Excellence for you to proudly hang in your practice waiting room. The Certificate of Excellence in Customer Satisfaction will demonstrate that your practice has been highly recommended in vet reviews by your clients.

Which Standard is Your Practice?

• Bronze Award: 10 x Reviews of 4 or 5* rating
• Silver Award: 25 X Reviews of 4 or 5* rating
• Gold Award: 50 x Reviews of 4 or 5* rating
• Starter Certificate: If your practice isn’t yet at Bronze status, we can provide a Starter Certificate. Hang this in your waiting room to encourage clients to leave reviews.

Who is Eligible for a Certificate?

How to Claim To claim your certificate

Please contact us on or before Tuesday 12th November 2013. We will then produce and authenticate your certificate ready for you to collect from our stand (P22) at the London Vet Show.
