Newton Clarke Vets Facebook marketing

About Newton Clarke Vets

Newton Clarke Vets have two medium-sized practices located in Yeovil and Sherborne, Somerset. This proudly independent practice has visiting specialists to provide an extra level of service to their clients.

Newton Clarke Vets want to be seen as the local source of trusted pet advice in their community.

The Challenge

Local competition, especially from corporate vets, meant that the team needed to increase their visibility and connections within the local community.

Due to the lack of time and in-house resources to create bespoke content and manage their Facebook page, they were struggling to maintain their presence on social media.

What the practice says:

“As a busy practice we know the importance of having a strong social media presence in our local community, but we just didn’t have the time or in-house expertise to manage it effectively. Sarah and the team have been great to work with, they really understand our objectives and our brand. By helping us create bespoke content and engaging with pet owners on our page, they have delivered some fantastic Facebook marketing results for us. Sarah even supported us with a recent successful evening Facebook Live Q&A session.  I would recommend VetHelpDirect for Vets to any business seeking veterinary expert digital marketing support”

— Matt Saunders, BvetMed MRCV. Veterinary Surgeon and Director.

What we say:

"I love working with this practice. They have such a warm and caring attitude, and genuinely want nothing but the best for the pets in their care and this comes across every time I visit them or speak to them on the phone. They’re friendly and approachable, always open to my ideas - dream clients, really! I’ve built up a strong relationship, with Matt and Pippa in particular, and I’m delighted to see their social media going from strength to strength. I want to continue to do all I can to help them succeed."
